Preference/Theme not working

Please help, when I go to Preference / theme I get a 500 error, nothing just 500error message or nothing the url reads http://fullgospelstore.com/fgtadmin/index.php?controller=AdminThemes&token=9283671ca415fb7affea847cdb08ed53  What do I need to do

Hello There,

 

I am also getting same issue, I am using Prestashop 1.56 English version, and my site is http://www.slmobileprice.com 

 

After Clicking on Preference - Theme getting only white screen and nothing happened. While i have tried on another Pc and different browser. So please anyone tell me the reason.

Can anyone please help me to solve the issue.

Turn on error reporting it will show you the errors.

Don't forget to turn it back off once you have solved the issues

I am using Prestashop 1.5.6 , and i have enabled debugging mode, but not getting any error only white screen after 30-40 second. Also whenever i am clicking save or save and stay button and Advance Parameter - Configuration Information - Same error also occurred here.

Please help me to solve the issue.

Error reporting......

 

Have you set both of these to true

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

AND

define('_PS_DEBUG_PROFILING_', false);

If so you should see the error/s
