How to change the 'reply-to' or 'from' email address for 'New Order' notification emails?

I need to be able to send customers an automatic email in response to receiving the New Order notification email. How do I make the reply-to email address or the 'from' email address be the customer's email address? Right now, both the from and reply-to email addresses are MY email address -- so, when the auto-response is sent immediately after receiving the New Order email, it gets sent to my email rather than the customers... I hope that makes sense! Does anyone know how this could be changed? Thank you in advance for any help!

What version of PrestaShop are you using? This issue was fixed a long time ago. It should already be fixed in v1.3.

You can go to Preferences > Contact to change the "Shop email" used in the "From" field of emails. To change the "Reply-to" field is more difficult. This article explains how to do it.
