cannot edit product quantities

i cant edit new products quantities on bo
debug says: Warning: preg_match(): Unknown modifier '#' in /PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 187
when out of stock is also: deny orders, not default one
I made fresh installation on 1.6.09
It worked perfectly, after that i copied old product database files and categoryfiles
And problem started. I cant figure where the problem is. Help is needed very badly!
