Hover-mouse over Product feature to get description of it

On this website http://www.tabletennisdb.com/blade/donic-ovtcharov-carbospeed.html one can hover the mouse cursor over the [?] buttons to get a short, but neat description of what this means. Is this possible in PrestaShop?

Maybe could be possible by editing something, the thing is that PS don't include option to add a description on the product features.

I was thinking the same thing. Unless its possible to add HTML-code to the field where the description is defines. i.e. in the field where one define the name of the property one could add additional HTML code, and this would then be in the "pop-up"  box when one hover the mouse over it. ?

Hmm i see. I shall not question your coding experience (you are probably 1000x better than me), but when i look in the HTMl codes, a tool-tip can be done by just having title="some tooltip here" if i could just pass that into the Brand.Name field it would simply solve this.
