Oder History Links not working

Hello all, 

   On history page when i try to click on link of order reference, PDF or details it gives error 

 

Installation is incomplete. Uninstall and install the Theme Engine by IXThemes module or change theme, please.

   Thanks for your reply. 

  The suggestion is not working. It only works with default theme but not with the paid theme Shibui 8.0.

well it will be a little hard to help without the code from this theme

so, if it works with default template it's a case of theme problem,

have you tried to contact with theme developer?
