Problemi di pagamento con PayPal: Internal Server Error

sto preparando un sito di e-commerce con Prestashop.
Ho inserito i dati che mi vengono chiesti dal programma per poter consentire i pagamenti con PayPal (dati corretti controllati con un Vs operatore telefonico).
Quando provo ad effettuare un pagamento sul sito appena Klicco sull'icona del pagamento PayPal mi viene visualizzato questo errore:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

Verifica i Permessi dei file e delle cartelle rispettivamente a 644 (file) e 755 (cartelle)

risolto.

i permessi degli scripts PHP erano malsettati e abbiamo provveduto a ripristinarli correttamente.

Infatti, il PHP necessita esclusivamente di permessi 755; con permessi diversi produce l'errore da lei riscontrato:

Ciao, stai attendo a settare i permessi dei file a 644 e non a 755 ( cartelle ) perchè rischi di compromettere tutta la sicurezza del tuo web shop.

io ho un problema del genere. Una volta in fase test ricevo dal modulo paypal questo messaggio:

2. TIMESTAMP -> 2014-09-17T15:08:13Z
3. L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002
4. L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error
5. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid
6. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

Cosa puo essere? Ho letto di settare i permessi in 755 ma x quali cartelle-.-
