Attributes not affecting price

I am using Prestashop version 1.6.0.9 with the default theme.

I have set up a product that has a variation.  It is supposed to increase the price. 

I have added the price increase to the product atttribute as follows:

 

After going all the way through checkout the price is never impacted.

 

Anyone have a clue as to why this is not working?

*BUMP* I have been searching this forum and other internet sites looking for an answer.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Is it a bug in the code?  What PHP file contains the code to add an attribute to the cart?

Solved!  I deleted all of the product combinations I manually entered and used to the combination generator.  This method works.  For some reason, manual entry does not work.
