Where do I edit data?

I'm new to prestashop and have an online store that only works with Digital Products so I want to edit my "create account" forum to better fit my needs.

 

I searched this topic and seen many people mentioning making edits to the data of the page. Where to I do that?

you should stick with modifying only what you can access using bo-->localization-->translations

 

and if you want best community review/comment  then please present 'exactly' what you want to accomplish
