Impossible to add the product to the cart

Hi!

I have the problem with Ajax shopping cart.

Prestashop version 1.6.0.9

When some customers add product to the shopping cart, they get an error message:

Impossible to add the product to the cart. 

textStatus: 'error' 

errorThrown: '' 

responseText: 

On the form was the topic with this issue, but it relates to the PayPal module and SSL

In my e-shop no PayPal module is installed and no SSL is used

Ajax card is disabled now, but I would like to solve this problem with Ajax enabled.
