how to add the additional custom field of product page and save the field value to database 1.6

i am trying to add additional custom field of product page and remove EAN13 field in prestashop 1.6 

 

i wanted the product details to be in this order :

 

Name :

Reference code :

Manufacturer Part Number  :   

 

any help ?
