Add tax in percentage on blockcart

Hi,

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.5 and for few hours I'm struggeling on adding tax in percentage on blockcart.

For instance a product cost $20 and the tax is 19% (setup on back office)

 

The tax ammount is showing on the blockcart but I want to show the percentage as well. How can I do this?
