Bootstrap Theme & internet explorer

Hi

 

I am using the latest version of Bootstrap theme and prestashop to create a store.

• Configured store and started updating images on home page.
• Find that image slider images and link urls work ok using chrome browser but images not appearing (just place holder question mark) and url links go to prestashop when using ie11 or Mozilla.

 

I have spend a few hours researching and tried things like disabling smarty cache and disabling and enabling slider module but does not seem to make any difference.

 

Can anyone offer any other advice?

I have the same issue on my front page. I have a question mark on the main picture of the product on my catalog and can't find a solution. has anybody experienced the same? what have you done to correct it?? Please HELP!!!

Thanks vekia. Unfortunately this does not seem to resolve the problem. It's almost as if the IE & mozilla browsers are looking at a different profile but not sure how this would be possible. You can see for yourself at carethings.co.uk.
