Old CSS haunting my site

Hello, first let me thank you for the free software Prestashop provides. Not much in this world is for free, but prestashop is, so thanks alot :)

I have made a webshop using Prestashop, but i have modified the design with my own css. I know it`s stupid, but i have put my own css in a LOF advance footer module.

The problem is when i load a site, just briefly you can see the old design. How do i prevent this without having to implement my own css into the existing css. It would take me weeks to find all that css.

My site URL is http://fillmeup.dk/ and Im using the default-bootstrap theme.

Hi Jifola, welcome to the forum.

I tried your site and i did not see any "blink" of old CSS, but ok its very late now so it could be that my eyes is slow.

Can you try the following, just for the check:
- Empty the cache in your browser (just to make sure its nothing local)

In Prestashop:

You could see if it helps to turn off this.

Also, at the bottom of the page there is some other cache-feature that you can try to turn off.

Alternative, you could tell exactly what you have done, which file you have edited etc and someone can maybe help you out.

Hi and thank you for your reply :)

Unfortunately that didn`t work. I have googled myself halfway to death, and think I have found something.

It`s got something to do with the "override" folder, and some php. The idea is that the Prestashop css files will inherit the css from my css.

I will post it as soon as I get it done.

I have installed a lof advance footer module and written the CSS in there in a style tag. I found out too late that that wasn`t the way to go about it :(

Hello, and thanks for using your time to check it out :)

It doesn`t show everytime. You have to play with it a little bit. Go back and forth a few times.

But i have changed the most visible css in the theme css (background and main menu).

I will find a solution soon, but dont`t have the time right now. Im getting the products tomorrow, and have to make

product descriptions.
