rv01
Hi I have a technical problem that cannot be solved by the forum, by the forge and by my hosting company. Thinking of taking a paid support plan. Anyone had a good/bad experience with that? Are they helpful? Is it worth? Thanks for your comments. Paulito
Hello Have you already tried the "Job Offers" forum? if not then I would try this before taking a paid support plan. Paul
rv01
Thanks Paul, did it. Still it would be interesting to know PS users on "support plans experience". René
Paulito
Hello again Their have been a few bad reports on the forum about the support package but bad news always travels faster than good. Anyway, hope the paid help forum solves your problem Paul
cedricfontaine
I'm working with various customers to support them. Some of my customers did buy a support plan, but they were not happy. What I understand is that the support will help you to configure prestashop. But if you have a bug, they will report it to the forge. So they will not always provide a solution, as my understanding. So I would recommend going with a certified prestashop agency or freelance in your country.
Paulito
Hello It's very easy to beat up somebody but I think that, as I said before, people may complain about bad support but the vast magority do not say how good the support is. 10 people may complain about support but 1000 will not say anything because they have help from, and their problems solved, as they exspect the Prestashop team to do.
