vekia Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 hello, to log in to back office you have to open adminXXXX directory, after installation prestashop created adminXXXX directory, where the XXXX is the random number (for security purposes) if i were you i will follow these steps: - login to your FTP service - open root directory of prestashop - search there for adminXXXX directory then open it in your browser: http://yourwebsite.com/adminXXXX/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
