'cart block' and 'category'

sorry, but I still have my problems

 

 I have category "casual dresses" which I didnt add to my site

 

if I m going to the module horizontal panel and expand all I have no it there^ so I cant delete it

 

and when I m going to the "catalog"-->"category" there is nooo that ANY subcategory, so there are no any dresses

 

 

 

and how I can move at the right corner my cart??

it s in "displayheader" and "displaytop"

but in the middle, and i wanna move it to the right header corner

 

if I moved it to the "displayright" there is no any changes
