Convert the urls of pages of custom module into friendly ones

I am developing my first module and would like some help (make some pages using /custommodule/controllers/front/CustomPage.php and /custommodule/views/templates/front/CustomPage.tpl)

i would like to convert the url from mysite.com/custommodule/CustomPage to mysite.com/custommodule/custom-page

how can i achieve this?
