jcassel90
Hi all, I'm new to prestashop and loving it so far. I recently installed the Paypal module in Prestashop 1.6. When I go to checkout (after I am sent to Paypal's site) it only lists two options: 1. Pay with Paypal my Account 2. Create a Paypal Account I know that when you use Paypal buttons it has a third option: Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card etc. (Create Account Optional) Why is this option not listed in the module? Is this a question for Paypal? or Prestashop? Thanks, Jason
bellini13
Which Paypal module and payment methods have you enabled in the module configuration? Typically using Paypal Standard, you would get a single payment option during checkout. Clicking that would redirect you to the paypal site, where the customer can then choose to either log into their paypal account or just pay using a credit card without a paypal account. What you describe is different, so I assume you are using Paypal advanced/direct or some other module?

bellini13
Ok, that page is a Paypal page, not a Prestahop or Paypal module page. Paying with credit/debit card without a Paypal account is an option within your Paypal account. You likely have this disabled, which is why the option does not appear. It could also be that Paypal does not support credit/debit card payments without a paypal account in your country. You should investigate your Paypal account settings further
