Be VERY carefull when you buy anything at Presta Addons... I have bought a module that don't work... The selle has even accepted the refound... But Prestashop.... NO reaction AT ALL! - Nothing. No refound what so ever... - The only way to get the money back is to make a dispute at Visa.

Thank you. You contacted the developer directly (not through our website) and got confirmation from them on Saturday 30th that you would get a refund. The contributor then emailed us on Monday to let us know that they had validated a refund for your module, we aknowledged the request and activated the refund today, after a reasonable 48hrs delay.

 

I'm glad that both the external contributor and PrestaShop Addons responded quickly to your request. Have a brilliant day!

And... I have still not heard anything from Prestashop... - Even thoy i got this in a mail a week ago: 'We will process to the refund within about 7 days.

You will be informed soon about this refund by mail.'

 

 

So, DO NOT BUY ONLINE HERE!

NO MATE, I understand your complaint, but before write like you, think, there are a lot of sellers who use addons prestashop platform, you might have a gripe with one, but not a general complaint for everyone. 

 

My experiences have always been good with addons, obviously if the module was developed by prestashop much better, if it is developed by a partner also better, but the standard is to find friendly people.
