stanleyek18
Hello, the default module v 1.8.2 by Prestashop doesn't work. I have entered my ID - still google didn't recognized that code on my shop. I'm getting menthal with that cms. Everyday, everyday something which should work out of box - just doesn't! Please give ma a hand with that. I have finally ran that shop and I can't even get that simple thing to work! Prestashop ver. 1.6.0.9 - is showing some kind of tracking code with ID but Analytics still show's "not tracking" message. Anyone?

vifra
Hi. Same here. vekia, I can see the google analytics codewith my ID. For me it stopped working a week ago. I wonder if it has to do with setting to YES Smart cache for CSS and Smart cache for JavaScript, which I had to NO. As for now I have all the CCC options set to NO. Do I have to wait 24hs to see whether it works?? Also, in Google Analitycs Module I get the message: Cannot retrieve test results I don´t know if it is related. Thanks, Vifra
vifra
Well. One day later. Analytics works fine. Now, I have set to YEs all the CCC. And, at least, the real time is working. so it seems it is fine now.

vifra
I remember I also had to accept some terms specific for the EU in the Analytics Administration tab. May be your case too.
Don-H
I fixed the problem (the problem occured after the module update from Google Analytics v2.0.2) The sollution is: 1) uninstall the Google Analytics v2.0.2 module 2) Clear the cache (advanced/performance and than at the right top "clear cache". 3) Install the Google Analytics v2.0.2 again Google analytics should work fine again nowElse reïnstall google analytics 1.
