BarNoosh Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Dear all, When I upload my products images, I receive this error message (Please see the attached file): Image format not recognized, allowed formats are: .gif, .jpg, .png Although I am sure that my images are in jpg format.
