shopping.uk Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Hi all, This is probably something silly that im overlooking, but im stuck. I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 Email's are not being received when sent from the back office! Using the "Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases)" option. Ok messages are being received IN the back office (eg from the contact us form), but when replying to these although i get the message 'message sent', nothing is ever received! I Have also tried sending the Test Email Configuration mail, again i get the successfully sent message, but receive nothing in my personal email. Not sure if it would cause an issue but i do have Prestashop installed in a folder rather than the web root. Thanks in advance for any advice.
