When using contact us form, you get to choose order reference and product related then you fill some message. In back office you dont get the order reference no (no show) just the message, so its hard to relate customer message to the order they are refering to. Is there anyway to include order reference code somewhere in customer service backoffice? add new field column or title or included in message? Please help Thanks.
