Guest
Scenarie: A specific item is in stock with 1 item. 2 different customers has the same item in their baskets at the same time among with some other items. Customer 1 finish his basket, and have bought the last item of this product. So far, so good. The number in stock is zero now. Now customer 2 goes to his basket. This message appears: "An item in your cart is no longer available, you cannot proceed with your order." True.... Because the specific item is no longer in stock. I do not allow to buy items, that is out of stock. But the customer has a lot of items in his basket, and he can not see witch item, that is sold out. I think, this is not very user frindly. Is there any way, I can write in the message, which item that is sold out? Or is there a module or someting else, that can do this?
