Email notification related question.

Hi guys,

 

I know that this question was posted before on the forums and its more or less the same question but I couldn't fine simple, straight forward answer to it.

 

On our store, each employee has its own email address and logs to a BO with it.

 

One employee is using email address which is also the main store email address.

 

When customers make an order or we ship their orders they receive email notifications and emails are sent using this employees address which is also main store email address as I wrote...

 

This employee also receives emails when some customer send us inquiry using contact form on the website and sometimes there are quite many of these msgs so our employee receives many of these notifications. They look like this:

How can I disable them?
