jonathanparisi Posted August 29, 2014 Share Posted August 29, 2014 Hi all I have now multiple times experienced that messages in Customer Service are cut off. Meaning that the system somehow only show half of the message, while the other half doesn't appear anywhere. Example:"Hi By mistake I forgot to enter my zi" - and the rest is gone. My guess would be the script that post the message to the database that cuts if off, but I am not sure, and I don't know how to check if that is the case.Can anyone help me?
