From the top of my had I can not come up with a strict CSS solution, I would look more into something like this - http://masonry.desandro.com/ However this would require you to hire a developper to do the work for you. However I don't think that the default theme is an ugly one - a lot of ppl decided to use it for their stores. It mostly depends on what kind of store you're running I guess. Not the theme, the theme itself is briliant I only complaint about the category style which is annoying to work with btw, does anyone got better soluition before I'm jumping into masonry?
