Created order in BO for customer, empty cart

Hi there,

 

I've created an order for a customer via the backoffice so that they only have to click the provided link, and finish the payment.

 

I've tested the link before sending it, and it worked for me. After 2 days the customer mails back that the link does not work. I check the link and indeed, it doesnt work anymore. 

 

Any idea what's going wrong, and how to fix this?

 

PS 1.5.6.2 - using 1-page-checkout
