Category block not showing fully on Internet Explorer, but ok in FireFox

Hello Prestoers,

 

Specs: Prestashop 1.5.6

Website: https://www.toyessentials.net/eShop

 

I was wondering if someone can help me out here.

My category blocks show up differently on Internet Explorer than FireFox.

In Internet Explorer, the Subcategory plus (+) symbol is not filled in.

It is transparent.

Note: using Internet Explorer 9.0, so maybe the old browser is the issue?

 

Any help would be good.
