Jimbola Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 Hi all, I had a virtual product to refund. I have set Return Merchandise to yes. The from the order screen I clicked standard refund, selected the product and clicked refund product. I got status message "Discount successfully generated" but what does that mean? I haven't seen the refund in PayPal and nothing on the order page indicates a refund. Anyone know what' happening? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
