sancarroch Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 Hi I recently created a user in my store to see the inner workings of each customer account, but when you login shows that there is nothing user as shown in captura1, hence thought it was password .. . conducted password recovery and it appears that there is no account registered with that email as muesto in captura2; I believe that was system error'm going to check my Cpanel users and displayed there: I show in the catch with the name: Customers • SHOP SANCARROCH SA de CV, which I do, there is some configuration? PSfever.com Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 HI, are those customers that you're refering to really registered? Have you tried registering the same email adress to a new account? Well the user's email [email protected] registered user, but when entering the account shows me nothing doubt be invited, what might have happened or I have to modify something in a module? A confirmation email has been sent to your address: [email protected] I think that before this customer was not registered, but he checked out as guest.
