lateral
Hi guys What is the best way to backup absolutely everything in my Prestashop environment? I have installed Prestashop in its own folder called "prestashop". Is it just a simple matter of copying the entire "prestashop" folder and sub folders and backing up the MySQL database via the backend? Is that it? Thanks Regards Greg

PSfever.com
Lateral - if you mean manually, then follow links of Benjamin & Dioniz. However I would suggest you to purchase hosting which will do it for you. This way your data will be more secure and it won't be a pain in a butt to back your entire site up every single day..

That is totally true. However, please make sure that they backup the database and files at the same time. So many hosts backup the files hours or even days later than the database. That will cause a huge, huge headache if anything does wrong. The database is the lock, the files are the key. You need both to match.
