stellatmy
I have tried to regenerate images but some images are still missing with question mark. The image in front office is not affected though. Is there anyone experiencing the same problem? Is there any solution to this?

stellatmy
Sounds interesting Have you tried with a different browser, just to clarify if its a cache issue? Yes, I've tried it on different browsers, but the image is still the same. I suspect the thumbnail image was not generated..
stellatmy
have you tried to regenerate thumbnails ? When create new product, the thumbnail image could be appeared or showing question mark. Duplicate the same product will cause the same question mark problem. There's no "product_mini" in the drop down list to regenerate thumbnails.
pandorrah
I have the same issue since yesterday in PS 1.6.0.9. Adding products = all ok, viewing products in frontend = ok. But in backend (admin) product_mini images are not shown and no longer generated, it seems.
pandorrah
Update: after checking the non-generated product_mini images, it seems that those who are not generated are marked as a .gif image. Nothing has changed, nor are the uploaded images in .gif; all are .jpg extensions. Something is changing the product_mini generation into .gif mode, which are not generated or visible. How to solve this?
pandorrah
UPDATE: the failure of generating mini images in BO product list exists if the product list selected to view is 1000 or larger. When selecting multiple pages view (e.g. 300), thumbnail images generates correctly. ZikmaSolutions
Hi there, I have one Idea. So let's do this I want to add custom filter in Back Office products list for images. How to filter them in this way (YES / NO) . If you set NO, prestashop will list products WITHOUT image. Else, if you set YES, ps will list products with images. What you think? Ctibor
I have a similar problem (PS 1.6). I have identified the error but I don't know how to fix it. Product thumbnails in the back office have the wrong link: www.xxx.cz/adminxyz/img/tmp/product_mini.1234.jpg It should be correct: www.xxx.cz/img/tmp/product_mini.1234.jpg I don't know how to fix this (or where the image path setting is). Can someone give me some advice please?
