1&1;Hosted Parse error

Hi I have installed RC5 on a 1&1;server, it all seems to be working but i get the following error under payment, An importnat module you'll agree !!

Have you made any customisations to any of these modules :question:
Have you Set your permissions to CHMOD 777 for all Prestashop directories :question:
Was this an upgrade from RC3/RC4 :question:

All Chmod seemed fine,
It was a fresh install of the RC5, No modifications made just added a product testing out the software...

Solution pour 1&1;:
créer un fichier "php.ini" à la racine ou dans le dossier et ajouter ceci:

allow_url_fopen=On
allow_url_include=On

It's Magic !
