Customer Service

In version 1.5 of prestashop old when you sent a message to the client's request field or even answering the posts of Customer Service, the customer received an email with the message and this message had a link to answer such a message, the version 1.6 there is no such mail, then the Help desk is a bit pointless, because we have to look at the response from the email client to respond in prestashop ... anyone have a solution?
