kneips Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 Hello! We are using presta shop 1.6.0.9. and we have few problems. We installed rba eToMiTreba payment gateway. We tested it and regarding bank everything is ok. But regarding us it is not. When we make an order we don't receive any e-mail. We can see order is made in BO but there is no e-mail to the customers address or to the our address. Also, we can't properly connect payment gateway with shop. In BO we can see if customer selected that way of paying but we have to manually set that payment is accepted and only then mail goes to customer and to our address. So, when customer buys something and pays for it he doesn't get instant e mail notification, he will get mail when admin is online and when admin checks if payment is accepted. Is there any solution for this or we will have to sit beside the computer for the rest of our life??? Thank you... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
