Images do not display on Mobile theme

Hello, 

 

When using my mobile device (iphone 5S) for my webpage, the images on the image slider appear perfectly fine but the images that I uploaded under the theme configure section ("home", "top", etc.) appear blank on the mobile version with the exception of the image title displayed in the top left corner (images work fine on desktop). I can not figure out a solution to this problem.

 

I am using version 1.6.0.9
