milezone
Sorry I am quite new at this stuff, but just installed Prestacart on a new domain, and installed from using the Softulous system in the cpanel host. Now I see stats showing orders, and returns, traffic, Last 10 Orders, and on an on. Cannot figure out how to remove all this stuff so I can start my cart fresh. I deleted users manually, and deleted all products and categories thinking all that would help, but no where I can find how to delete orders and all these old stats that came with install. milezone
Thank you for the help. Yes I did do that but on the dashboard it still shows sales, orders, profits, etc. Using 1.6.0.
spiralbean
You could probably use the addon http://store.nemops.XXXX/free-modules/19-order-delete.html#.U_l4OGM6ezg
vekia
it shows old datas even if you recompile theme and clear shop cache?
milezone
CLearing Cache did not work, and the link you provided for a mod did not load. Still seeing the stats on main dashboard.
milezone
Does anyone else have a solution for this problem? Still seeing stats in the dashboard, and it even shows 1 order which I cannot find anywhere as it is not in the system. As well even weirder those stats change each time I reload the page. So it appears maybe the dashboard stats thing is not very dependable? Russ Edited August 24, 2014 by milezone (see edit history)
PascalVG
On the dashboard page, bottom-right, there is a switch to turn on/off a 'demo mode' for the dashboard. When turned on, it shows fake data, just to see if your dashboard modules work. Normally it should be turned to OFF though. pascal
