Help with images - black lines top and bottom

Hi All,

After having problems with my first install I deleted everything and started again. I started adding my products last night and everything was working fine.

This morning however I have just started adding more products, but when I try to upload an image it shows up as the main image but with thick black lines at the top and bottom of the image.

I tested it by uploading one of the images that I had used last night (that worked for a different product see http://www.totallybike.com/product.php?id_product=18) for the product above and it uploaded with these black lines again!!!

The original images that I uploaded last night are all fine, but I need to fix this problem before I add the rest of my products.

Gary,

it's to do with the image sizing.

If it is not the same vertical and horizontal height, the import makes them the same and fills the extra with black (by default).

You could do 2 things,

Resize the images yourself before uploading,

or
