Accepting returns without admin confirmation

Hello

 

I want an easy returns solution for my customers.

 

I have RMA activated with 25 days limit for returns after delivery.

 

When a customer wants to return, he creates a RMA slip, but then has to WAIT for me to change status from "Waiting for confirmation" to "Waiting for product".

 

Is there any way to make the returns slip PDF show once the return request has been initiated?

 

I guess the easy fix for this would be to set the default status of a return to "Waiting for product" from the beginning (given that customer has taken less than 25 days to initiate process).
