Blocked at the install phase

Hi, have anyone faced a problem for installing prestashop. Everything was ok until the database creation. My ftp file are ready to be installed. And I am blocked at the phase described as easy, when it comes to instal

I have written www.mystore/store with my domain and my subfile but nothing happen. Nothing.

I copy again the file in the ftp thinking someting was missing but it is the same.

My host is Gandi;

Coud someone help me?

Never heard this hosting. Anyway are you sure you are pointing to the correct folder? if you are not sure try and place a txt file in your folder and see if you can access it from url
