generalexperts
I want to put my new SSL Cert to use. How do I get my site to go from http://www.mydomain.com Edited August 22, 2014 by El Patron (see edit history)
generalexperts
I also went to Preferences -> SEO & URLs, I changed SSL domain to https://www.mydomain.com and it gave my site a 500 Internal Server Error. I turned it back to http://www.mydomain.com and it instantly fixed itself. It would do this when clicking on check out. How do I get this SSL cert to work in my site?! Thanks! generalexperts
I am using 1.5.4.1 so I don't have all those options. I do have that link that is at the top option of the screen shot. I click it and then it allows me to enable it. when Its enabled and im at the quick-order page it directs to "https://http//www.mydomain.com/quick-order" Any ideas? I've re-selected No for enabling SSL for right now so the page works... Thanks!

Thanks! also in bo-->pref-->seo&urls make sure you do not have http// in ssl domain name, it should just be www (or no www)domainname.com

Also had to clear cache in order to get the link to work in order to have the option to enable it. El Patron
ps blog post ssl: http://www.prestashop.com/blog/en/guest-blogger-series-prestashop-ssl-installation-troubleshooting/ you said Shop domain = www.mydomain.com SSL domain = mydomain.com ----- I think SSL domain should also have www. Note; I do not run ssl so my experience level is minimal.
