Express Checkout with Auth and Manual Capture for 1.6

I'm looking for either a module or guidance on setting up Paypal on Prestashop 1.6, for Express Checkout with Authorization and Manual Capture.

 

It appears that the free module for 1.5 supported this:

But the module for 1.6 doesn't have the same configuration options.

 

We only need Express Checkout as we have a separate processor for credit cards.

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  I would like to use the Manual Capture also but am not seeing the option to choose the Payment type in the Paypal module.
