We recently decided to upgrade from an old ecommerce CMS to presashop. We also decided that when we did the upgrade we would switch our new store to a subdomain of our old store. So our website will be www.nebtek.com and our store would be under store.nebtek.com. We did this for future planning, anway fast forward to today and we are getting ready to launch but I can't seem to get the site to work when checking our SSL credentials. The site works when it's just http://store.nebtek.com but when I add a https://store.nebtek.com it brings us back to our original site design. If I'm on another page within store.nebtek.com, it just brings us back to a "not found" page on our old site. Our host, Hostmonster, assures us it's some setting in Prestashop that is screwing it up but I have yet to figure it out (they've been little to no help now on day 4 with them). Is there anyone out there who has dealt with this issue. I can't get my payment gateway through Authorize.net to work unless SSL works - which it is not. Let me know!
