How do you add 'extras' to a product

I am trying to figure out how to add extra options on a product - e.g. I have a $20 T-shirt and I want to add extra options such as 'Print on front - $3', 'Print on back - $5', 'Embroidery on front $10' etc, these should be in a list. These extra products must be able to be assigned to a product.

 

As I am still very new here, please can someone give me some advice!

Have you had a look at:

 

Back office > Catalog > Product attributes

 

Here you can add all the Attributes and Values you require:

 

For example:

Attribute = Size

Value = Small

             Medium

             Large
