PascalVG
hmm, - if you use advanced stock, maybe the products are coupled to different ware houses? - Are some products coupled to specific carriers? - do your products define size or weight etc and do carriers have a max width height or weight defined? My $0.02, pascal

My $0.02, pascal Thank you Pascal, - if you use advanced stock, maybe the products are coupled to different ware houses? --> Quantities are managed manually. Not using advance stock management. - Are some products coupled to specific carriers? --> Didn't get you. Can you please explain more? - do your products define size or weight etc and do carriers have a max width height or weight defined? --> Products doesn't have defined size and weights and carriers are set to 0 for max height width and weight field. Awaiting to hear more from you. Edited August 22, 2014 by dnp1891 (see edit history)
PascalVG
Thank you Pascal, - Are some products coupled to specific carriers? --> Didn't get you. Can you please explain more? Sure, When creating/modifying a product, you can go to the shipping tab. Here you can select one or more carriers that can (ONLY!) be used for that product to send. (For example, this can be handy, if some products are fragile and you know carrier X is more careful than others etc.) If you selected a specific carrier for some of the products and another for some other products, then, when combined in one shopping cart, they may split the order in two, sending one with carrier X and one with carrier Y. To make the products independent from what carrier is chosen, either select all carriers, or even better, select NO carrier (which implicates ANY carrier is OK). I hope that is the solution to your problem.... pascal. N.B. Selecting NO carrier for individual products instead of specifically select ALL carriers has the advantage when adding a new carrier. Then you don't have to add this new carrier to the 'all selected' lists afterwards. It will be available automatically, as No carrier == all available carriers)
