SharkTanq
Hello I started working on my new shop two weeks ago and wanted to launch my new store September 1, but all I have done is struggled with Go Daddy problems and extremely slow site speed on my new Prestashop installation. If its not a max_input_vars problem, then its something else going wrong, like an anti-hacking feature that blocks me from working on my site. Also, my site loads in like 26 seconds. Go Daddy claims its because of a lot of pictures in my theme (which is true), but then why is my back-end dashboard extremely slow too? Any recommendations of a good hosting provider where I can run my Prestashop smoothly and fast with no issues?
Paulito
Hello I am from the UK so cannot really suggest a US hosting company, all I can say, reading through forum topics, is that godaddy is not the best choice. Have you had a look at "inmotion" Paul
El Patron
you can (used to anyway) try these for free I think 30 days. I tried but did not spend a lot of time but it had some giddy up and also you can easily bolt on more resources as your business grows. http://dh42.com/blog/prestashop-cloud/ it's all about the cloud, not legacy shared and to be fair to godaddy, one should not expect much result when using a low priced shared hosting, couple of bucks a month is not going to work on an ecommerce, maybe a small blog. also in case ken at godaddy add advice, what is this cloud hosting at godaddy? http://www.godaddy.com/cloud-services.aspx it does not seem like other offers of cloud services, nor is there any link to something that is familiar to me as it concerns cloud.
