Additional field radio ( two options ) in registration

I`m new in here so first of all I`d like to say hello to everybody.

 

I`m also new in PrestaShop and I really would like to know as much as I need

I`d like to add input radio to registration form. 

What I`ve done so far:

 

1. Create additional field in database table ps_customer

2. I figured it out that I need to extend Customer class creating file in override/classes directory and extend form CustomerCore

 

3. authentication.tpl

 

here I need to add my input radio. Don`t knot how to translate e.g. {l s='Last name'}

 

4. Probably I also need to extend AdminCustomersController?

 

Can i count on some tips from you?
