Bug on add new address

Dear Everyone,

I need your help,

I've modded some files on my Prestashop installation themes files, but now after i use 1 step check out, i got a bug when I add new address, it will replace existing address, not creating new one(Edit Existing).

I really need Prestasahop developer suggestion, because i've replace all folder controller & classes in webserver, with working function on localhost.

Please give me hand.
