memasom
Hi there, I just installed a third-party menu module to my shop and though it says it was installed, I'm unable to see it under my Modules tab. I've searched through All, Enabled & Disabled, Installed & Uninstalled and there is no trace of it. After this, I went and transferred the module document to the modules folder via FTP, and still there is nothing. Any suggestions on how to remedy this? Thank you. MEG Venture
It might be a php configuration error caused by the module. Have you enabled the error messages of your website?
memasom
Not to my knowledge. Would you mind relaying to me how to do that? Thanks!
MEG Venture
Pretending that your Prestashop version is above 1.5, open config>define.inc.php Change define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); to define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); then open your modules page from the backoffice. Tell us if you see any error message there.
memasom
I've edited the file, placed the updated version on the server, and refreshed the Modules page to no avail. I tried reinstalling the module, and it tells me that it has been installed but there is only blank space under the Filters in the Modules List and the same number of modules remain in the left side panel. Thanks again for your assistance No errors, only warnings regarding other Modules already installed.
